How to care for clothes

All of our garments have been embroidered or hand-dyed using ancient techniques, so each print is unique and irregular. Please give them the care they deserve to preserve the quality and history of our fabrics.
Each garment comes with a label with specific care instructions so you can refer to it whenever you need to.

Tips for a perfect wash

To preserve the quality of our fabrics, hand wash your garments. If you prefer to machine wash, use a cold, delicate cycle. Do not use a dryer or mix and match garments of a different color.

ORDERS

How do I choose my size?

On each product page, you'll find a size guide with specific measurements. If you have any questions about measurements, send us an email and we'll help you choose the correct size.

Can I change my shipping address?

Send us an email at help@enaguashop.com. If your order hasn't left our studio yet, we can change it. It's essential that you send us the order number to expedite the process.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please email us at help@enaguashop.com and we will provide you with the details for returning it.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the country you're in, the estimated delivery time will be between 1 and 6 days. If you need more specific information about delivery times, please visit the shipping page at the bottom of this page.

Where do you ship products from?

All our orders are lovingly shipped from our small workshop located in Seville, Spain.

RETURNS

Can I change my order or size?

Yes, you can exchange it as long as you are within the maximum return period.
Please email us at help@enaguashop.com and we'll process your return. Don't forget to provide your order number to expedite the exchange process.

What is your return policy?
