WE WANT TO TAKE CARE OF YOU
To return a product purchased in our online store, the procedure is as follows:
Return conditions
a) Returned products must be in perfect condition. Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.
b) Put into the package all accessories, labels or other items that you found upon receiving it.
Send an email to help@enaguashop.com requesting a return of the product within 15 business days of the order date. Please provide the reason for your return and the order number. Any package returned after this timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender.
Once you receive a response from the Enaguas team and your return is accepted, we will provide you with the shipping address.
Contact a courier service and send the package to us. Until the package is received, shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility. Cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
Once we receive the package and the return is approved, the purchase price will be refunded.
If you purchased one of our garments in a physical store, the return will be processed at the same location where you made the purchase.
