Clothing care
How to take care of your clothes
All our garments have been hand-embroidered or hand-dyed, making each print unique and irregular. Please give our fabrics the care they deserve to preserve their quality and story.
Each garment comes with a label containing specific care instructions for you to consult whenever needed. You can also check the product page on our website if necessary.
How to wash your clothes properly
To preserve the quality of our fabrics, hand wash your garments. Do not use a dryer or mix the garment with clothes of different colors. Let the clothing dry in the shade, as strong sunlight can damage the color since natural dyes are used.
Ironing tips
Our embroidered fabrics should not be ironed directly on the threads. If using a steamer, steam the garment from the inside, keeping some distance and never touching the fabric directly. If using a regular iron, place a piece of cotton or another fabric over the embroidery and iron on top of it, never directly on the threads.

How to choose your size?
On each product page, you will find a size guide with specific measurements. If you have any questions about the sizes, send us an email and we will help you choose the right one.
Can I change my shipping address?
Send us an email at help@enaguashop.com. If your order has not yet left our studio, it may be possible to change it. Please make sure to include your order number so we can process it quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please send us an email at help@enaguashop.com and we will provide you with the details for returning it.
Shipping and returns
When will I receive my order?
Depending on the country you are in, the estimated delivery time will be between 1 and 6 days. For more specific information about delivery times, please visit the Shipping page at the bottom of this website.

Where do you ship your products from?
All of our orders are shipped with much love and care from our small atelier in Sevilla, Spain.
Can I change my order or size?
Yes, you can exchange it as long as you are within the maximum return period. Please send us an email at help@enaguashop.com and we will process your return. Don’t forget to provide your order number to speed up the exchange process.
What is your return policy?
Products must be returned in perfect condition along with all accessories, tags, and original packaging. Items cannot be used, washed, or damaged. For more information, please visit our Returns page, where you will find all the details. You can find it at the bottom of the website.
