To return a product purchased from our online store, the procedure is as follows:

1. Return Conditions:

a) Products to be returned must be in perfect condition. Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.
b) Include in the package all accessories, tags, or other items that came with the product when you received it.

2. Return Procedure:
Send an email to help@enaguashop.com requesting the return of the product within 15 business days from the date of your order. Please provide the reason for your return and your order number. Any package returned after this period will be rejected and sent back to the sender.

Once you receive a response from the Enaguas team and your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address. Contact a courier service and send us the package. Until the package is received, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once we receive the package and the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded.

If you purchased one of our items in a physical store, the return must be made at the same location where the purchase was made.

Under no circumstances will we accept packages sent to the return address without first completing this process by contacting us. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at help@enaguashop.com.
