SUSTAINABLE FASHION
What does sustainable fashion actually mean? In short, it’s a term for clothes that are created and consumed in a way that can be sustained, while protecting both the environment and those producing the clothes.
That’s why cutting CO2 emissions, addressing overproduction, reducing pollution and waste, supporting biodiversity, and ensuring that workers are paid a fair wage and have safe working conditions, are all crucial to the sustainability principles.
Our entire collection is produced in Spain with the best possible materials.
- Bags: our bags are made in a small workshop in the south of Spain. The average age of the women involved in pattern making and assembly of the products, is 45 years old. These bags have been made using exclusively local suppliers.
- Scarf/handkerchief: made ethically in the south of Spain.
- Sweater/sweatshirt: our sweaters are hand dyed in Seville, Spain and embroidered in a local business. For our designs, we use sweaters which have been approved by the OEKO-TEX, an international certification for textiles.
Our supplier, Fruit of the Loom, works with 4,300 employees in Morocco where they are guaranteed respect and proper working conditions. These rights include health assistance, odontology and transport, among others. They also meet the environmental and ethical standards achieved by different certifications and periodic audits. If you would like to know more about their ethic and sustainability, follow this link https://www.fruitoftheloom.eu/sostenibilidad/?lang=es
Our packaging is compostable and carbon negative. With the use of this packaging we stop sending CO2 to the atmosphere (cause of Global Warming) and we help with the reforestation in Romania, Ireland and Madagascar.
Each bag is reusable and suitable for the postage and return of the product
Sustainable fashion for us is synonym of authentic, valuable and great design.
