We really hope you love your Enaguas items as much as we do. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:
1. Return policy:
a) The items should be packaged in original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
b) Reuse the original packaging. It was designed to be used for deliveries and returns.
2. Send an email to help@enaguashop.com no later than 15 working days since you process your order. Let us know the reason and order number. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.
3. Contact a local post office and send the products to the address we will provide you. For refunds, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.
4. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
